Course Materials

Course participants will receive over 1,200 pages of notes in a binder and access to resource folder after the course. In addition, they will receive a certificate of completion.

The course binder will be mailed out to attendees prior to the commencement of the modules. It is important to register early in order to allow the receipt of the binder in a timely manner.

For the in person attendance on Day 5 and 6, it is recommended that course participants bring their notebook with them in a smaller binder with the material for Day 5 and 6 for ease of transport.
